- Account: name, email, password (hash), language, currency, preferences.
- Profile: photo, phone, verification, bio (optional).
- Service use: searches, bookings/requests, internal messages and reviews.
- Technical: IP, device, browser, cookie IDs, logs and events.
- Payments: tokenization with payment providers; we do not store your card on our servers.

International transfers

We keep data while an account is active or as needed to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, fraud prevention). We then apply deletion or anonymization.

To exercise your rights, write to us and identify your request and account. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to your supervisory authority.

Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data (encryption in transit, access controls, event logging and backups).
No measure is infallible; we recommend using strong passwords and enabling available verifications.

The Service is not directed to minors. If we detect unauthorized accounts, we may block them and delete the data as appropriate.
