Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the access and use of Collaborative Work (the “Service”). By creating an account, publishing a listing or making a booking you agree to these Terms.

This document is a general template and may need adaptations to your legal framework.

Definitions

  • User: person who creates an account or uses the Service.
  • Host: user who publishes a space or listing.
  • Guest: user who requests or makes bookings.
  • Listing: publication of a space with its rules, rates and availability.
  • Booking: agreement between Guest and Host through the platform.

Eligibility & Account

You must be of legal age and have legal capacity to contract. You must provide truthful information, keep your account secure and notify unauthorized uses.

We may perform identity checks and take security measures in case of breaches.

Listings & Bookings

  • The Host is responsible for the accuracy of the listing, licences and regulatory compliance.
  • Confirmation of a booking creates a direct contract between Guest and Host.
  • The Guest must respect house rules, schedules and community norms.

Payments & Fees

We may use third‑party payment providers. By paying or receiving payments you accept their terms and authorize the corresponding charges (fees, taxes and commissions).

Displayed currencies and final amounts may vary due to exchange rates, bank fees and applicable tax policies.

Changes & Cancellations

Bookings may be subject to cancellation policies defined in each listing. If refunds apply, they will be processed according to those policies and the fees of the payment method.

Deposits & Damage

The Host may require a security deposit. Damage, loss or extraordinary cleaning may be deducted according to the listing rules and provided evidence.

Conduct & Prohibitions

  • Illegal or dangerous activities, or those that infringe third‑party rights, are prohibited.
  • Do not bypass payment flows or exchange sensitive data outside the platform.
  • Respect intellectual property and privacy.

Content, Reviews & IP

By posting content you grant a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free licence to host and display it on the Service. We may moderate content that breaches these Terms.

Reviews must be truthful and respectful. We reserve the right to hide or remove fraudulent or offensive reviews.

Liability & Warranties

We provide the Service “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
